No, you do not need to be home. Most clients provide access via a keypad code, a lockbox, or by leaving keys with their building concierge. All of our cleaning professionals are background-checked, bonded, and fully insured, so you can go about your day with complete confidence.
What is the difference between a regular apartment clean and a deep clean?
A regular maintenance clean keeps a tidy apartment presentable week to week through vacuuming, mopping, wiping visible surfaces, and cleaning bathroom fixtures. A luxury deep clean is a complete reset that removes accumulated grime by cleaning inside appliances, scrubbing grout lines, wiping cabinet interiors, detailing baseboards, and cleaning under and behind furniture.

A move-in or move-out service follows our intensive deep-cleaning checklist but expands the scope to address areas previous occupants may have left behind. This includes meticulously wiping the insides of empty cabinet boxes, drawers, and closet shelves, as well as deep-cleaning the interiors of appliances.
